Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, SuperGraphics Media will take appropriate action, including removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.
Please note: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. If you’re unsure whether the material qualifies as infringement, consider consulting an attorney before filing.
If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notice must include:
1) Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and its prior location.
2) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
3) Your name, address, and phone number, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area (or any U.S. district court if you reside outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
4) Your physical or electronic signature.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, SuperGraphics Media may notify the original complainant and restore the material within 10–14 business days, unless the copyright owner initiates legal action.
